- Superwash merino ONLY: Can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in warm or cool water - never hot
- Dry flat + out of direct sunlight - this will preserve color and shape
- Use mild soap, natural fiber detergent, or no-wash soaking cleanser (I recommend Soak Laundry Soap)
How long does it take you to ship? Next business day shipping on all ready-to-wear. Commissions take approx. 2-6 weeks
What is your policy on returns/refunds? I do not have the capacity to make returns and refunds at the moment so please be sure to refer to the sizing of each garment in the description.
Can I request a commission? Yes! I open my commissions once every few months. Keep a look out on my instagram @cutiekittystudio for updates and instructions.
How do you price commissions? I have a flat rate that I charge for the design/work + the cost of materials. Every size and design requires varying amounts of material.
What yarn do you use? I exclusively use high quality merino, mohair, alpaca, silk blends, etc. If you ever want to know what type of yarn I use, I always tag the brands on my IG @cutiekittystudio !
There's a loose thread in my garment, what do I do? Rarely will a loose thread be a sign of unraveling, but rather a tail that just needs to be tucked back in. This will not compromise the structure of the garment.
What do I do if my garment needs a repair? Each and every garment I make is a piece of art that I cherish and want to be worn and passed down for years to come. If there is an issue with your garment at any time you can send it back to me to be repaired and returned. Shipping cost is your only expense.
